This 25 m² apartment located on the ground floor of the residence is equipped for 4 people. It includes:

- A kitchen area with a combination oven, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
- A bedroom with a mobile partition equipped with a double bed
- A bathroom equipped with a bathtub and includes the toilet.
The terrace faces north with a view of Mont-Blanc.

Residence :
L'Epervier is a large chalet located directly on a blue slope leading to the center of Les Coches. Resort center with all shops is situated less than 800 meters. A public car park is located nearby.
The ski area :
It allows a return ski to the feet for almost all residences (depending on the level of ski), either by leaving on Montchavin, or by returning to the center resort. Possibility of parking near the residences.
