Just 100 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the Pierre Ortal walkways, accessible by a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private parking is located at the back of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases.
The apartment consists of a pleasant and bright living room equipped with a table with chairs, a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed for two people and a television. The kitchen area, integrated into the living room, is fully equipped with a sink, electric hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, washing machine as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.
The room has a double bed of 140 cm and a storage cupboard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin. The toilet is independent for greater comfort.
