Villa Surfside: Independent single-storey property with a modern style, located on the north side of Lacanau Océan, on a closed plot of 950 m². Spacious and bright, it can accommodate up to six adults and a child and offers free Wi-Fi access. Its calm environment and large outdoor area make it an ideal place for family or friends' holidays.
The Ocean beach is located approximately 800 metres away, shops are 1 km away and Lake Lacanau is 5 km away.
The villa offers a very bright through lounge, equipped with sliding aluminium bay windows with vertical slatted curtains. The living area is furnished with two sofas and a television, while the dining area has a table, chairs and a sideboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, induction hobs, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils. A utility room completes the set and includes a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 160 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also offers a double bed in 160 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a double bed in 140 x 200 cm, a mezzanine bed in 90 cm as well as a wardrobe, allowing for an additional child to be accommodated.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A second independent WC is also available.
Outside, several terraces, including one covered along the entire length of the main facade, are fitted with garden furniture, a barbecue and a large parasol, offering vast spaces for meals and outdoor relaxation. An attached car shelter allows convenient parking.
For families, a baby bed and a high chair are provided.
Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and can be offered as an option, upon request. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
