ARCS 1800 – Residence : LA NOVA. Warm, contemporary and woody atmosphere for this magnificent 4 room apartment, recently renovated, south-west facing with a view over the Tarentaise Valley. In the heart of the resort of Arcs 1800 on the Paradiski ski area.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The Nova residence is one of the emblematic architectural residences of the Arcs 1800 resort. Its central location in the resort allows it to be as close as possible to Charvet and Villards without forgetting the proximity of the slopes.
In winter, the ski schools and slopes are a 2-minute walk away, and in summer, Club Hero is also just 2 minutes away.
In summer, mountain bike hire 2 minutes away, nearby golf, hiking, climbing, nearby aquatic area with swimming pool, paragliding, accrobranche ... and various white-water sports !

Parking not included, an extra charge is to be expected at the current rate for access to the resort of Arc 1800 by the Porte de Station (managed by SAGS).
