Located in a quality location in the heart of the Village du Grau du Roi, this apartment will be a real favorite for lovers of the seaside.
It is located in a residence located on the beach of the right bank, very popular area, both close to all amenities and quiet.

This apartment is a studio bis which is on the ground floor of the residence. It consists of an entrance, a nice kitchen open to the living room, a lounge area with TV, a separate sleeping area, a bathroom with.wc. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... and all the necessary utensils to prepare good food.
In the sleeping area, a 140 bed for 2 people.
In the living room, a sofa bed to accommodate an additional person.

Grau du Roi Train Station is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest frequent-traffic station is Montpellier Sud de France Train Station and the nearest airport is also Montpellier Airport.
In addition and with a request in advance of your reservation, we can find a solution to pick you up at the airport or train station and you bring in peace on your holiday place.
## IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This residence is located feet in the sand, with private access by a door at the end of the plot of this residence that goes directly on the beach of the right bank. The residence Château Leenhardt has a "L" shape and consists of two buildings: Building A and Building B. The two buildings consist of a ground floor + 4 floors with elevators. There is an elevator for Building A and an elevator for Building B. However, in terms of accessibility, the apartments are not disabled "PMR" standards. If the apartment you have booked is in building A, the more you go up the floors, the more you have a beautiful and wide sea view that overlooks the side of the Grande-Motte with a North West exposure (all sunsets on sunny days). On this side of building A, the residence is built on a boundary and just next to it is a communal paid parking from early March to early November, on which campers and cars can park. In no case this parking lot which is at the bottom, does not represent an inconvenience to see the sea and our Agency can not be held responsible for bad information regarding the presence of this parking or a false advertising. It is not specified in our ads that these apartments have sea views in the 1st line, on the seafront.
If you have booked an apartment that is in Building B, most of these apartments give inside the residence, so these apartments see the garden of the residence with the parking of the residence before seeing the sea since building B is set back from the sea and from the end of building A. These apartments also have a nice sea view, with a South West exposure. They see the sea between building A and the residence next door called the Villégiales du Château.
