This apartment is located on the floor of a small building typical of the Grau du Roi. This apartment is arranged as follows: a kitchen kitchenette, living room and a bathroom, a sofa bed in the living room.
This apartment does not have private parking space in the residence but you will find free parking around.
The property is close to all amenities: it is located at the foot of shops. The nearest airport is 25 km away. A marina is available for leisure. There are also many restaurants within 10 minutes.
