Located in a quality location in the heart of the Boucanet district, a stone's throw from the beach, this apartment will be a real favorite for lovers of the seaside.
It is located in a residence located opposite the Boucanet beach, a very popular area, both close to all amenities and quiet.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen area open to a living room which has a non-convertible two-seater sofa with TV area. He then benefits from a separate bedroom with fixed 140cm bedding for two people on the ground floor of the apartment, then a bedroom upstairs in the apartment with another 140cm bed. Upstairs in the apartment there is also an alcove with two single beds. This apartment is ideal for 4 people as a family of two adults and two children, but can accommodate up to 6 travelers maximum. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your greatest comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... as well as all the utensils necessary to prepare good meals.
The living room is bathed in light, with a non-convertible 2-seater sofa, a TV.

The apartment has a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.

Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
