The residence La Grande Verdette is located along the blue "Marmotte" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!
This is a new residence which will be delivered in the fall of 2024.

An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you, a charging station for electric vehicles is available.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.
The apartment is composed of a living room opening onto a furnished terrace facing south (table and six chairs) equipped with a 3-seater jacuzzi.
The living room offers a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a lounge area with a bio-ethanol fireplace and a 140 cm sofa bed.
On level 0 you will also find a laundry room, a shower room, a separate toilet and two bedrooms.
The two bedrooms on this floor are equipped with a 160 cm bed and a TV. One of them has its own bathroom.
On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with WC, a third double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a last bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, sleeping 4. Televisions are also provided in these 2 bedrooms.
The end-of-stay cleaning service is included as well as the rental of bed linen and towels.
