Located on the ground floor of the residence (entrance on the second floor), this apartment comprises a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps two), a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, a bedroom (approx. 9m²) with a double bed, a second bedroom (approx. 9m²) with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. This flat has a terrace on the ground floor.

At the foot of the Flumet ski slopes, the flat is located about 5 km from Praz-sur-Arly and about 3 km from the village of Flumet. You will have an outdoor parking space and a private ski storage room. The terrace offers views of the surrounding mountains. The residence has an indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool will be open from 15 December to 15 April and from 15 June to 15 September, every day from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Bed linen and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are included in the rental price.
