Perched atop a cliff, the villa offers a breathtaking view of the sea, Basse Terre, Marie-Galante, and even Dominica when the sky is clear.
The villa with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms is spread over 3 levels:
The main level features an open kitchen leading to a beautiful dining room and an air-conditioned living room. The terrace facing the living room offers an unobstructed view of the sea. On this same level, you will find the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a spacious master suite equipped with a king-size bed, a bathroom, and a private terrace with a double sun lounger.
The pool level is accessible by an outdoor staircase from the living area. On this lower level, there is a fourth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This room faces the jacuzzi, the pool, and its sunbathing area suspended over the cliff.

At 25 minutes drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you 10 minutes to reach the town of Le Gosier and find all the amenities: shopping center, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and bars on the famous beach of La Datcha.
You will not miss the inevitable escapade on the islet Gosier and the visit of the Fort Fleur d'épée. The Marina de Bas du Fort, where you can enjoy restaurants with a varied menu, and shop in its many boutiques, and the Casino are located only 15 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.
