## Space
Our 31 m² apartment is located on Boulevard Périer, on the ground floor of a beautiful old building. Air-conditioned and tastefully renovated, it is 1 minute from the Périer metro station and 15 minutes from the Stade Vélodrome. Equipped kitchen, living room with armchairs and sofas, office area. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Close to transport, Place Castellane and shops. Paid parking 5 minutes walk away. All the comfort for a perfect stay.
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and will not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is EUR 250

When you arrive, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
For any reservation lasting 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility for the required conditions.
