Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds (length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 1 bunk beds. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Small balcony. Deck chairs (4). Beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Old country house "Meri". Above Cannero Riviera, 750 m from the centre, in an elevated position on a slope, 750 m from the lake. Private: garden (fenced). Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to 500 m from the house. Steep footpath to the house. Public parking 500 m. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Cannero Riviera" 0.3 km, railway station "Maccagno" 5.3 km, ferry "Cannero Riviera" 0.7 km, pebble beach 750 m. Marina 750 m, golf course (9 hole) 21 km. Nearby attractions: Verbania 12 km, Locarno 25 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The house is only accessible on a formerly mule path (not suitable for pushchairs), from the church in Cannero -here parking space- approx. 7-10 min. uphill.
