On a remote and quiet area near the town of Roccastrada, the villa is an extraordinary luxury retreat, surrounded by olive grove and forest. Country house "Casa la Selvolina", detached, renovated, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of Roccastrada, in a secluded position, in the woods. Private: property (fenced), natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Motor access (2 km via unmade road). Parking at the house.
