This residence is located 200 m from the beach with access to the city center by the pedestrian promenade, in the Seaquarium district (famous for its shark tunnel). This pretty two-room cabin renovated and air-conditioned can accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room with sofa and television, a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer; ceramic hob; microwave, a bedroom with a double bed 140 cm, a cabin area with two bunk beds 80 cm, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet, and a pleasant terrace of 7 m2 facing south west.
