Located 700m from the beach and 600m from the resort center, in the Vigie district, this pretty, newly renovated apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room with television (subject to good reception) and sofa bed, a bedroom with a 120x190 bed and a bathroom with toilet.
The advantages of this seasonal rental by the sea: Terrace with garden furniture and awning ideal for enjoying the sun and contemplating the sea. Residence with secure swimming pool and parking space. Swimming pool access, depending on weather conditions, will be from June 15 to August 31.
