- a room which is fitted out as a living room and kitchen, with a double sofa bed, a television and an electric fireplace
- the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, as well as a traditional oven, filter coffee maker, electric hob
- a bathroom, with sink, toilet, bathtub and bidet (the washing machine shown in the photos does not work)
- a small west-facing balcony
Access to the accommodation via a steep staircase
