Located in the village center of Saint Martin de Ré, this house is ideal for making the most of your vacation: it is located 500m from the port, restaurants and shops; and a stone's throw from the start of the cycle paths.
The ground floor is composed of an entrance with cupboard, a kitchen, a laundry room, a separate toilet as well as a bright living room giving access to the courtyard.
The upstairs landing serves a master bedroom with its private bathroom, two other bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The house is tastefully furnished and decorated and has been completely renovated with character.
On sunny days, the fully retractable bay windows in the living room will allow you to enjoy a single indoor/outdoor space bathed in light. The 30m² courtyard has a covered dining area.
A parking space can be rented at an additional cost, in a secure basement 600 meters from the house (depending on availability).
Bicycles can be parked safely in the courtyard (passing through the house).
