The immediate proximity to the beautiful beaches of La Couarde sur Mer and its location very close to the village center are some of the major assets of this villa.
The entrance provides access to an open kitchen, a dining area and a living room area.
This spacious, bright and friendly living room opens directly onto the garden with terrace and heated swimming pool.
You can also enjoy the patio on sunny days.
The sleeping areas are divided into three parts:
- a bedroom on the ground floor with its private bathroom (shower, bathtub, WC) and swimming pool access
- a second part at the back of the house with two bedrooms and a bathroom
- upstairs, the third part consists of a bedroom, a bathroom as well as two
rooms sharing a bathroom.
For your comfort, the house also has a laundry room.
Bicycles can be parked in the garage and cars on the grounds.
Both functional and friendly, this villa will allow you to spend pleasant holidays with family or friends, while allowing you to rest away from it all in one of the sleeping areas.
However, a dilemma will inevitably present itself to you: once the end of the street is reached, should I place my towel on the right side of the Peu des Hommes beach or rather on the left of the Ânneries beach?
