LUGIA is a large modern 1 bedroom apartment, ideally located in the heart of Nice, in the Carré d'Or, and ideal for a stay with family or friends.

Decorated in a contemporary style, you will fall in love with the apartment. Its brightness and its large spaces. Its red credenza in the kitchen and its antique furniture add a touch of originality.

You will fall in love with the terrace of the apartment, ideal for lunch or coffee. In addition, its location is perfect for discovering Nice without using a car: you will be close to all the sights. Finally, the layout makes it a friendly and practical apartment, where you will enjoy your stay.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor and has an elevator access and a free wireless internet connection.

Located in the heart of the Carré d'Or, you will be close to all the tourist sites of Nice. A few meters from the apartment, you will be on the pedestrian street with its many restaurants, or on the Promenade des Anglais, with the sea and beaches. A few minutes walk, you will reach Jean Médecin and its many shops, Place Masséna or the Old Town where you can discover all the local specialties.

There is a bus stop near the apartment, allowing you to get around Nice quickly. In addition, Jean Médecin tram stop is just a few minutes walk away. The train station, a few minutes walk, is the best way to discover the surrounding cities. Parking Palais de la Méditerranée nearby.

TERRACE:
Has a table for 2 people.

LIVING ROOM :
Beautiful living room, equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a flat screen TV. Give on the terrace.

American kitchen with a table for 4 people as well as a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with filter and a toaster.

Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
