Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Nice, this 350 square meter villa is located in a private domain, in a quiet area on the hills of Nice and can accommodate 10 people.
Cleaning service once a week, garden and pool maintenance, privacy, calm and assistance. For any stay of 2 weeks, a 3-hour cleaning service will be carried out between the 2 weeks (included in the rental at no additional cost).
This villa has 5 bedrooms, 1 of which has a King size bed (180 cm), a large bathroom, dressing room, and toilet.
3 bedrooms have a double bed (140 cm) each, bathroom and separate WC. The last bedroom has a Queen size bed.
Large entrance hall, guest toilet, large living room with sitting area, fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Access to terraces from all rooms. Outdoor dining areas, barbecue.
At the pool level, games room with bar area, air-conditioned billiards table, with TV (not connected to the satellite dish just to watch the DVDs) and bedroom for 2 people with shower room and WC. Shower room with separate WC at pool level. Summer kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: microwave, oven, American fridge, electric hob, grill, dishwasher. 2 washing machines, dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD and HIFI, internet access (wifi) and international TV. In total 6 toilets, 3 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms.
