Renovated 4-room apartment on the floor of a house that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the road which leads to the Col de l'Izoard.
This accommodation consists of:
- A common entrance hall

- A laundry room equipped with a washing machine as well as plenty of storage space,
- Separate WC with a hand basin,
- A fully equipped kitchen/dining room,
- A living room with access to the balcony,
- Two bedrooms, each equipped with single beds 90x200 cm, which can form double beds 180 x 200 cm.
- A bedroom with a 160 x 190 cm double bed and a large wardrobe,
- Two shower rooms, one with a WC and a bidet.
You have access to the large garden shared by the property as well as two parking spaces at the foot of the house.
The garden is equipped with tables and chairs allowing the possibility of eating outside.
Parasols and deckchairs are available to enjoy the sun from the balcony or garden.
