This wonderful 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located in the heart of Cannes. You will be in the heart of the amenities, 2 min walk from the Croisette, the beaches, and the Rue d'Antibes (famous shopping street) and Palais des Festivals is 10 min walk. It can comfortably welcome up to 4 guests in 3 different beds. One bedroom has a double bed and the second one has 2 single beds, that can be pushed together to make a double. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the apartment is fully equipped. 1 private parking in the basement of close building.

The bad weather can get up very quickly in our region, so please make sure to close the blinds and sun shades when you leave the apartment, when you are there if it is windy, and in the evening before you go to bed.
- Please do not throw objects or sanitary products in the toilets.
- Please do not leave keys in the lock on the inside of the apartment as it will not be possible to open the door from the outside.
- Please be careful with the keys of the apartment. In case of loss we will have to change the lock.
