## Space
Our apartment located on Boulevard National on the 7th floor with elevator of a semi-recent building. The apartment offers beautiful light and is an ideal place to work or relax during your stay in Marseille. The Marseille Saint-Charles TGV station and the metro are a 10-minute walk from our apartment. The Belle de Mai cultural district is 5 minutes away.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with a sofa and a table for dining. A quiet balcony is available.
The sleeping area consists of:
- a bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a third bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
The accommodation includes a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a WC.
You will appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport and in the immediate vicinity of Gare Saint-Charles, Belle de Mai and Longchamp. The area around the apartment is popular and hosts a large number of businesses from several nationalities around the world.
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and will not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is EUR 300

When you arrive, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
For any reservation lasting 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility for the required conditions.

Located near the Saint-Charles train station, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro nearby). Set off to discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. The Old Port is less than 15 minutes away thanks to the metro. You can visit the museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum), discover the markets with Mediterranean colors and the beautiful beaches. Near our accommodation you will find many restaurants and bars to share good times and many shops for your purchases or shopping.
