## Space
Our apartment, with an area of 50 m2, is located Chemin de Morgiou on the 2nd floor without elevator of a well-maintained building. The apartment offers a very beautiful location a stone's throw from the Calanques National Park and is an ideal place to work or relax on your balcony during your stay in Marseille. Marseille city center is 15 minutes by car, the Stade Vélodrome 20 minutes by bus.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with a sofa and a table for dining. A completely quiet balcony is available to enjoy the beautiful summer days. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large dressing room.
The accommodation includes a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. Separate WC.
Possibility of parking inside the residence.
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and will not affect the limit of your bank card. The amount is EUR 500

When you arrive, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and give you the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrival will be possible after 11:00 p.m.
For any reservation lasting 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility for the required conditions.
