Whether on the house side or the garden side, everything is designed for a sense of well-being. A time to rest, a time to play, to be inspired, or to share... with family or friends...
A true haven of peace, it is a spacious, elegant, and inspiring house built around a lovely patio. It can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. Unfortunately, it is not accessible to people with disabilities due to its many steps.
Nestled in a cocoon of nature, the house revolves around a patio equipped with shaded outdoor furniture for relaxation and a foosball table for moments of camaraderie. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance, a beautiful cathedral-style living room connected to the dining room, both open to the patio. Beautiful and large windows illuminate the living room with a view of nature and its century-old pine trees.
Two bedrooms also open onto the patio, sharing a bathroom and toilet. One is a dormitory with two built-in bunk beds offering 4 beds in total (90 cm each), and the other has a large bed (180 cm). A few steps down, a bit away, an en-suite bedroom with its bathroom and toilet accommodates a couple (double bed 160 cm) and has external access.
The master suite on the upper floor has a spacious shower and a sink, opening onto a particularly relaxing private terrace, an observatory of life with a panoramic view of the garden towards the sea. The toilet is separate, downstairs.
The kitchen is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a dining area. Its access to the outside through a large bay window opens onto a terrace that invites you to start the stroll towards the garden.
From the stone steps of Borme, the sound of crickets can be heard. This garden is elongated, featuring a petanque court and a pool with an original shape (built by its former owner 30 years ago using dynamite). A beautiful shaded beach welcomes a hackberry tree that provides shade or sun at your leisure. Green, blue, gray... an explosion of color.
A few more steps, and the sea appears. The summer kitchen invites you to prepare meals in an exceptional setting. Facing the sea, you can have breakfast, an aperitif, or dinner. And thanks to the contorted pine tree, there will be just enough shade to feel in the right place regardless of the time of day. A gentle omnipresent breeze soothes us on hot days.
