In a perfect, peaceful location which is still close to the town centre, you’ll have front-row seats for all the summer festivities.

The house is composed at the ground floor of!
The entrance, leading to a large living area consisting of a lounge, a dining room and a spacious open kitchen that is fully fitted.
A staircase leads to a laundry room.
Bedroom 1: 180x200cm bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe, lounge access and shower room.
Bedroom 2: 160x200cm bed, wardrobe
Bedroom 3: 160x200cm bed, wardrobe
Shower room shared between both these rooms with two sinks, a shower and a toilet.
On the other side of the house and a few steps down, there is access to a superb orangerie consisting of a
relaxation area and a large summer kitchen.

In the annex:
60 m² studio apartment consisting of an open kitchen and a lounge with access to a courtyard and parking area.
Bedroom 4: 160x200cm bed with en suite shower room (1 sink and toilet), dressing room.

Outside:
This is the perfect place to relax, with a lovely wooded garden, a beautiful 8x4m tiled swimming pool, a gazebo and a orangerie that has been converted into a summer kitchen.

- An intermediate clean for 2 hours is included for all two-week rentals.
