Nice villa on one level located just 700 meters from the beach.
With a capacity of 8 beds, the accommodation is composed of three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.
It has a living room open to a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes...)
Outside you will find a pleasant wooden terrace and its garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue-plancha gas), an outdoor heated pool from April, the 15th to October 2023 (depending on the outside temperatures) and a petanque court.
Secure entrance - 2 parking spaces.
Villa Rosemonde is ideally located for a stay by the sea with your loved ones.
You will enjoy many activities in the surroundings: bike paths, water activities (surfing, paddle, sailing, kite surfing, etc.), local markets, horseback riding...
