Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this centrally located 3 bedroom duplex flat 2 streets away from the fabulous beach of Puerto Pollensa. The accommodation has been refurbished for the 2024 season and decorated in warm and cosy tones to further enhance your experience in Mallorca.
The apartment is distributed as follows. On the ground floor you will find an open plan dining room, with a large wooden table for the whole family and/or friends to gather. The living room leads to a covered terrace and from here to a larger patio. The ground floor also has a guest toilet and a very practical cloakroom.
Upstairs are the 3 bright and spacious bedrooms with wardrobe, one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with electric towel rail and the other two bedrooms have twin beds sharing another bathroom.
For visiting families, there is a sliding door on the staircase at the top of the stairs to protect the little ones.
