Cozy apartment situated in a very quiet area in Lloret del Mar, around 700m from the beach, close to restaurants, pharmacies and shops. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! The apartment (42m2) is situated on the ground floor and has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It is part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool and has access to parking.
It consists of a living room with tv and sofa bed for 2 people (110 x 190cm), with direct access to a large terrace of 25m2 where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine). There are also 1 double bedroom (135x190cm) and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
No youth groups.
