Large house with private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 2 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets; all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.
This house is ideal for spending peaceful family holidays on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 10 people.
Outdoor area of 650 m2 with a private saltwater swimming pool (8x4m), barbecue (portable) where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool, large terrace with a bit of sea views, parking and garage.
Interior zone of 300 m2 with a dining room with fireplace and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking such as: cutlery, frying pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms (135x190cm and 150x190cm); 2 rooms with two beds each (90x190cm); 1 room with a trundle bed (80x190cm), 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and 1 bathroom with a shower.
Free Wi-Fi.
Groups of young people on request.
- Pets upon request and with a supplement of £35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later by bank transfer.
Regulations and special deposit for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)
Tourist tax
Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
