Attractive house located just 100m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
The house is distributed over two floors and has a maximum capacity of 7 people.
It has an outdoor area with a furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in the sun.
On the ground floor you will find a living room with fireplace, tv and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher. 1 single room and 1 bathroom. On the floor are 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and access to a balcony + 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom.
Pets not allowed. Ideal for families with children, reservations of young people under 35 years of age not accepted.
