Stunning and modern duplex apartment (95m2) located 100m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
The apartment is located on the second floor, without elevator and has a maximum capacity for 7 people.
It has a large and beautiful terrace with barbecue, sun beds and a table for 6 people to enjoy breakfast and lunch in the sun.
On the lower floor you will find 2 double bedrooms (135x190cm), one of them en-suite with shower and with access to the terrace, 1 room with bunk beds (90x190cm), 1 single room (90x190cm) also with access to the terrace and 1 bathroom with bathtub. On the floor above you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (cutlery, ceramic hob, pans, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher), a large and bright living-dining room (TV) and a small laundry area (washing machine and dryer). Direct access to the terrace with outdoor furniture. Partial views of the sea.
