This apartment is built over 2 floors divided into two independent apartments.
One of the apartments is located on the floor and has a modern living room with tv and access to a terrace, an open plan fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, On the floor there is one bedroom with 1 double bed (135x190) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x190) in each and 1 bathroom with shower.
This apartment has independent access, using stairs outside the building. On this floor there is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135x190), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x180), 1 bathroom with shower and a large and pleasant terrace.
Optional electric heating (March, April, May: 30€/week).
Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
