Living room and dining room, TV and direct access to the balcony (overlooking the back of the community. Not facing the swimming pool).

The main bedroom has 1 double bed (135x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm). One bathroom with shower.
It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large swimming pool and spacious garden area. Ideal for families with children.
Exterior parking for a car included in the price.

No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.
