Cosy 4-bedroom house located in a very quiet residential area, just 8 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar and only 11 km from the beautiful and peaceful Cala Canyelles beach. This house is ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 8 people.
Outdoor area with garden and private, fenced swimming pool (8 x 4m) and a large covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool, enjoying beautiful mountain views, brick barbecue (fridge, microwave), parking space and 1 bathroom with shower tray.
Interior area with living-dining room with TV and direct access to a small terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven and toaster. Consists of 3 double bedrooms on the main floor (2 of 135x190cm and 1 of 140cmx190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub. Mezzanine with library and 1 bedroom with double bed (135x190cm).
Optional air conditioning with supplement: 100€/week.

Pets are not allowed.
This property is only for families. Bookings are not accepted for young people under 35 years old
- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.

Conditions for groups
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Tourist tax
