The house is located in the hamlet of Levesville, a 5-minute drive from Bailleau l'Évêque, where you'll find all the amenities you need (bakery, café, brasserie, post office, medical center).
It's also 15 minutes from Chartres and its famous Notre Dame de Chartres cathedral.
An Olympic-size swimming pool is also 15 minutes away, offering a wide range of activities (slides, water jets).

Early check-in (12h instead of 17h) or late check-out (18h instead of 11h) are options available up to 10 days before the start of your stay.
These options are available in exchange for a fee of 30% of the average price of a night, except for late check-out on Sunday, when the fee will be 50% of the average price of a night.

There are cameras in the dwelling, but they are all deactivated.
There is one in the large dining room, one in the "petit salon" where there is a piano and table soccer, and one in the staircase on the landing.
