On the second floor of this well-maintained, quiet residence with a concierge, the easy-to-access apartment consists of: an entrance with closets, a living room with a television and a sofa bed, a beautiful bedroom equipped with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed upon request, you will also benefit from a very beautiful covered terrace with furniture, an independent fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, etc.), cupboards, a bathroom and separate toilet. The room is not air conditioned. A very beautiful and large terrace for your meals and breakfast is also at your disposal. WiFi is available throughout the apartment free of charge. This rental is ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in an enchanting setting while enjoying the traditional activities offered in the region (beaches, excursions, hiking, rafting, mountain biking, golf, water sports, Provencal villages and markets). To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
