Charming 25m2 air-conditioned studio with sea view located on the 2nd floor with its private terrace and the beach at the foot of the building. The apartment was renovated in 2020. It is located in a luxurious residence with a swimming pool open from May to October and 2 lifts. The living room has a very good quality rapido sofa bed to ensure you have a good night's rest. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub, a WC, a washing machine and a hairdryer. You can also enjoy a beautiful furnished terrace with exceptional sea views. Direct access to the Salis beach (including a handiplage). Stunning view of the Cap d'Antibes to Nice, the Mercantour and Italy. Shops and restaurants around the residence as well as the water sports center. Near the city center, the Provencal market. In the evening, spend a warm evening in the restaurants and bars of the Vieil Antibes, or the entertainment in Juan-Les-Pins. Ideal for 2 people or with a child or solo traveler. Golf de Biot 6 km Ski resorts 1h30 Paid parking on the beach (in high season) or free in the street. Access for travelers Train station 20 minutes walk or by bus line 14 that drops you off at the foot of the residence.
For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no additional cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly intended for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
