On the French Riviera, between Cannes and Nice, the "Palais de la Mer" residence welcomes you in the center of Juan les Pins, 150m from the beaches. This splendid Appartement consists of the main room equipped with a sofa bed, a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The parking space can accommodate a city car.
Enjoy a stay by the sea in this famous seaside resort a stone's throw from Cap d'Antibes and discover this wonderful Mediterranean coastline. Close to all amenities, you can go for walks on the old port or discover the Antibes Provencal market, its old fortified town and taste local specialties. You can also visit the Picasso Museum, Fort Carré and the many surrounding perched villages. On the sea side, a multitude of water activities await you, from windsurfing to parachute ascension to scuba diving and water skiing. No Azurian city offers as many diverse and contrasting charms as Antibes Juan-Les-Pins. It has the accent and colors of Provence, but also the follies of the French Riviera, the sumptuousness of the English gardens, the blondness of the beaches... It is a city of sailors and gardeners, of lovers of Mozart and Ray Charles, of art lovers and disco crazy people, of enthusiasts for stones patinated by time and of children marveling at the spectacle of dolphins. For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no additional cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly intended for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
