Located on the 3rd floor of the "Egée" residence, this spacious and elegant apartment offers all the comfort you need for a memorable vacation. With two welcoming bedrooms and a modern bathroom equipped with a shower, this space has been carefully designed to meet all your needs.
Upon arrival, you will be captivated by the warm atmosphere that prevails in this apartment. The decoration is modern, with touches of color and comfortable furniture. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the adjoining dining room or on the spacious balcony offering breathtaking views of the surroundings.
You will also have access to a parking space reserved for residents of the residence. This will allow you to easily and peacefully explore the region and enjoy the many attractions of Cannes.
The "Egée" residence is ideally located, just a few steps from the beach. You can fully enjoy the pleasures of the coastline and relax on the warm sand. Upon returning to the "Egée" residence, you can also take advantage of the parking space reserved for residents, allowing you to move around easily and peacefully to explore the region and enjoy the many attractions of Cannes.
The "Egée" residence is ideally located, allowing you to stroll along the promenade, admire luxury shops, savor delicious dishes in renowned restaurants, or relax in one of the many cafes. Whether you are on a family vacation, traveling with friends, or on a business trip, this apartment is the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy your stay in Cannes.
For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no additional cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly intended for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
