We exclusively offer you this superb farmhouse in the heart of 1.7 hectares of land planted with majestic pines, olive trees and a magnificent orchard with a superb view to the south of the star of the region: Les Alpilles, to the north on the Ventoux and to the east on the small and large Luberon. The part of the old Mas is completely renovated with a large modern kitchen, fitted and equipped, a dining area and a lounge area, a bedroom on the ground floor with its bathroom, on floor 2 bedrooms each with a renovated bathroom and a mezzanine bedroom ideal for children or teenagers. The new part is made up of 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, all overlooking the magnificent park. Waking up is gentler with the singing of birds and the lovely view of the Alpilles. The swimming pool is secured by a roller shutter, with a pool house that can be transformed into a summer lounge for balmy summer evenings, a bedroom is also fitted out with a single bed, a shower and a WC at the pool house level. Calm and pleasure will be the key words of your stay in this pretty Provencal residence! Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be withheld from the security deposit if the trash has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is left in a deplorable state compared to the condition of the premises upon entry and if there is a shortage of laundry.
