Our accommodation with an area of 80 m2 is located Boulevard Gustave Ganay. The accommodation offers beautiful light and is an ideal place to work or relax on the terrace during your stay in Marseille. The Marseille Saint-Charles TGV station is less than 25 minutes away by metro. The metro (8 min) and bus (5 min) are easily accessible. Stade Vélodrome 10 minutes away. The beaches 15 minutes away. The accommodation consists on the ground floor of a very beautiful living room with a separate fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with armchairs and a large table for enjoying your meals. The accommodation has been tastefully decorated. You will access through a large bay window to a very beautiful outdoor space with a tree-lined terrace in absolute calm. The sleeping area is made up on the 1st floor: - a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, - a second bedroom on the mezzanine with a double bed and storage space. Located on the 1st floor, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a WC. The house is air conditioned on the ground floor only. A private parking space included (access via a gate); You will benefit from all the comfort necessary for a great stay in Marseille! In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge. We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.
