Accommodation Details
Villa La Sarriette is situated in a secure, gated community on the hillside, overlooking the Bay of Cannes. Within a large, perfumed Mediterranean garden, complete with palm trees, the villa extends to some 450 sq metres of open plan living space.

Whilst retaining its traditional Provencal style, the villa was fully refurbished in 2020 and offers Cool Control air conditioning and wi-fi throughout. There are study spaces / workstations dotted throughout the villa, perfect for combining business and pleasure. The main living area is open plan in style, leading onto a stunning terracotta tiled terrace with views across to the sea.

The property offers the perfect outdoor living space with over 150 sq metres of patio and terrace space, a large (12 x 15 metre) heated pool and an array of dining tables, sun loungers and hammocks to choose from. For even more fun you will find a table tennis table, a pool table and foosball table.

Villa La Sarriette offers 6 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 12+. The master bedroom is situated on the entrance level and has a super-king size bed and flatscreen TV, an en-suite shower room and a study area with a double sofa bed. There is access to a private terrace with stunning sea views. The second bedroom is also on this level and has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms three, four and five are on the pool level, with direct access to the garden and pool.

Bedroom two boasts a super-king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three includes a king-size /twin beds (which can be made up as a super-king-size) and en-suite shower room. Bedroom four also has super-king double bed and an en-suite shower & bathroom.
