Located on the first floor at the front of the building, access to the 3rd floor is via the rear of the building (flat access: two floors to go down). This holiday rental of approx. 38m² has an entrance hall serving as a cabin with a single bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a small, independent, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed.
The residence is located halfway between Praz Sur Arly village (300m) and the ski slopes (about 600m away). The new summer swimming lake is just 450m from this holiday rental.
You have use of an allocated underground parking space and a private ski locker. The balcony offers a view of the ski area. The south-facing balcony offers a fantastic view over the slopes.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rental price.
