Excellent duplex house within the urbanization in Pêra, with private parking, just 350m from a mini market and about 3km from the beach. It is the ideal place for your holidays with family or friends in the Algarve.
With 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, it has a large outdoor area with barbecue and furniture so you can enjoy good times outdoors while enjoying the good sun exposure of the region.
It is fully equipped including air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, and all linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the day such as shower gel and toilet paper.
The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm.
Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise My home in reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).
