Casa do Mar is a one bedroom cottage, inside a beautiful property next to a traditional Madeiran villa (Casa das Rosas). It is surrounded by a vast and luscious tropical garden (1600 sqm), a small orchard with aromatic herbs. Both houses share a saltwater swimming pool, a panoramic terrace, and a private parking space for up to four cars. It is located in a quiet residential area with a breath-taking 360-degree view of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
Casa do Mar can host 2 guests. It is 55 m2 and comprises one bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite full bathroom. On the upper floor there is a living room, dining area and kitchen. Casa do Mar has its private outdoor space with a table and chairs and a sun lounger.
It is equipped with clothes washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils, as well as bed linens, towels, pool towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), Smart TV with international channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

The swimming pool area has 5 sun loungers, a large sun shield, a solar heated shower and a half bathroom.
