There is a saltwater swimming pool, a panoramic terrace, and a large parking space for up to 4 cars . It is located in a quiet residential area with a breath-taking 360-degree view of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
Casa das Rosas villa can host up to 6 guests. It is 136 m2 and comprises three bedrooms on the top floor with three ensuite full bathrooms, as well as a living room, a dining area, a full kitchen, and a guest bathroom on the ground floor. There is also an outdoor dining table and sun loungers to enjoy the outdoor space.
