Welcome to the Belvédère apartment, a condominium perfectly located in the heart of the village of Megève. From its spacious balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the village and the Jaillet massif. With two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds - and an independent, fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy cozy evenings around the living room table, or relax in the bathroom bathtub after a long day on the slopes.

Speaking of skiing, one of the great things about Le Belvédère is that you're just five minutes from the Caboche ski lifts! You'll also have access to a parking pass for the bus station's underground parking lot, as well as a ski locker in the building.

To top it all off, enjoy your morning coffee in front of a view you'll never tire of...

You'll receive all the essentials for comfort (bed linen and bath towels). You'll also receive all the hygiene essentials for your arrival (soap, moisturizer, shampoo).

Cleaning is done before your arrival, and will be done after your departure. (NB. Garbage cans, fridge and freezer must be emptied on departure).

A deposit of 500.00 euros will be required to finalize the reservation (deposit secured by credit card imprint, not debited).

5-minute walk from the apartment to the ski lifts. 5-minute walk to the Palais des Sports de Megève.

## ACCESS
