Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower, 2 sep. WC's, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Large terrace 100 m2, south facing position, large garden, lawn.
