The house is located rue Colline Chanot (pedestrian street) in the heart of Marseille, in the popular and residential district of Roucas-Blanc (8th arrondissement), just 10 minutes from Prophet beach. It develops on a surface of more than 140 m2 on two levels and exposed South-West, with a garden of 400 m2. Out of sight, the house offers a beautiful sea view! You will enjoy your family vacation in this little corner of paradise nestled in the heart of Marseille! It is composed of a beautiful living room decorated with care, with fireplace and exposed beams opening directly onto the terrace and the garden, a separate quality fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a small master bedroom. child, an office and 2 shower rooms. Outside, a large garden of 400 m2 in terraces will bring you peace and quiet during your stay in Marseille. Several outdoor spaces are at your disposal to take your meals, relax, read a book or have fun with your family. On the terrace, a large outdoor table will welcome you to take your meals with friends or family. A barbecue is available on the terrace. The floor is air-conditioned. The ground floor of the house is very well insulated and stays cool in summer.
